The Problem
Gurukrupa Realcon came to us with a genuinely diverse portfolio: luxury towers in Juhu and Lokhandwala, an ultra-luxury marque in Bandra Bay, a high-rise lifestyle upgrade in Vikhroli, and a sea-facing development in Versova. Each project targeted a different audience, price point, and aspiration.
The challenge wasn’t just design execution; it was managing multiple brand narratives under one umbrella.
Our Direction
We made a clear strategic shift: treat every project as an independent brand, not just a Gurukrupa property. This allowed us to build distinct positioning for each project, tailor communication to specific audiences, and avoid a one-size-fits-all brand language.
Insight
Through project-wise research, we identified that each micro-market — Juhu, Lokhandwala, Bandra, Vikhroli, Versova — behaves differently. Buyer expectations vary significantly based on location and price band, and competing projects communicate differently across segments.
A single communication style would dilute impact. Each project needed its own voice.
Our Execution
We built a content and design system tailored to each project:
- Developed distinct visual and communication styles for every brand
- Designed collaterals across hoardings, brochures, and digital creatives
- Created storytelling-led videos, leveraging AI to enhance narrative depth
Every piece of creative was held to the same bar: premium in design, informative at a glance, and aligned with the target audience.
While each project felt unique, execution remained centrally controlled and consistent in quality.
